OEM Situation
Maintaining support for electro-mechanical actuators used on U.S. defense systems had become difficult for a major accessory OEM. The OEM could not afford to move talent from critical core focus production, yet recognized the need to find a support alternative, so as not to jeopardize the needs of the end customers.
