Ontic’s extensive MRO capabilities mirror those of the OEMs we serve. Our technicians train at the OEMs facility before transitioning the products to Ontic. Customers receive the same OEM pedigree of service on all repairs from the moment Ontic takes over support. This transfer of knowledge ensures that service on legacy products supported by Ontic will be available whenever the customer needs them, just as all new parts we manufacture required to support them.
