Why join Ontic?

Because your success is our success. Our programs are structured so that you can get the best experiences possible – whether gaining extra qualifications, experiencing placements around our global business, or trying new things as you decide what the future looks like for you.

Our programs are tailored to our latest projects and will allow you to build global relationships with colleagues and customers. We’re a future-looking company and we’re growing year-on-year. This means bigger and better new experiences are the norm.

We want you to take off with Ontic.

INTERNS

We offer paid 12-month internships across a number of our disciplines from engineering, finance and HR to supply chain management, procurement and much more. Our internships are a great way to experience Ontic ahead of joining our graduate program. There may also be the option of bursary support to those who have successfully completed an internship and have been accepted onto our graduate program.

Apprentices

We offer Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeships at Ontic. Whether you’re interested in electronics, mechanics or want to join our functional or commercial teams, see how our apprenticeships could help you succeed. Your first year will be at college or on day release where you will learn the necessary skills and gain formal qualifications. After this, you’ll come to one of our Ontic sites for the remainder of your apprenticeship and learn on the job. Working closely with our experts, you can work on exciting civil and military projects for global customers including Boeing and Airbus. Applications for our 2023 apprentice programs are now closed – applications for entry on to a 2024 scheme will open in late 2023.

Graduates

Our two-year graduate program will help you put your degree into use from day one. Whether you’re looking for a career within one of our functions – HR, finance or engineering – or you’d prefer to focus on commercial skills, our program will ensure you have the opportunity to learn and grow throughout. Our graduates rotate around different placements and business disciplines, learning how we make Ontic the success it is.
