Continuous Improvement is the third stage of Ontic LIFT. It reflects Ontic’s long-term commitment to the product lines we take on.
The work does not end when a product line has transitioned. It does not end when production is stable. Critical aerospace products need ongoing attention, improvement and support.
What Continuous Improvement Does
Ontic continually measures, learns and improves.
We look for ways to strengthen delivery, reliability, quality, production performance and long-term supportability. This helps critical products remain available, reliable and ready for the customers, aircraft and platforms that depend on them.
