Ontic, a leading OEM and MRO services provider for established aircraft in the commercial, military, and rotorcraft markets, has been tipped as One to Watch, as well as placing in a number of individual categories at the Best Companies Live awards Q3 2022.
The Best Companies awards are based on scores and feedback from employees and cover key themes including leadership and wellbeing. 79% of Ontic people shared their views via the annual employee engagement survey – a significant increase on the industry standard response rate of 71% – leading to Ontic ranking 10th in the Best Manufacturing Companies and as the 131st Best Large Company to work for.
Ontic was also recognized as One to Watch, highlighting businesses set to impress in the future.
