An Update on Our New Dedicated MRO Facility in Tewkesbury, UK

January 14, 2026

Six months into the renovations on our new, dedicated MRO facility in Tewkesbury, UK, we are excited to share an update on the progress, following our initial announcement of the investment in 2025.

The program is progressing well and we have already achieved several important regulatory milestones that bring us closer to supporting you from this new site.

Key Certification Milestones

Certifications achieved in Tewkesbury Dec 2025

In December 2025, the Tewkesbury site successfully passed a series of critical audits, establishing the regulatory foundation and international standard foundations required for future operations:

  • BSI AS9100 certification
  • Part 145 UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) approval
  • Part 145 European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) approval

This regulatory and international standard baseline also allows us to begin applying for additional global approvals.

Where you accept a UK CAA or EASA Form 1 release, these approvals will begin to support your requirements. For customers requiring a FAA or CAAC release, we can now progress these applications under the oversight of the UK CAA, further strengthening our ability to support your operations worldwide.

What Happens Next

We currently expect to begin transferring our first product lines to the Tewkesbury facility from March 2026 onwards. Detailed phasing plans for the initial work packages are being finalised, and you will be contacted directly in due course with specific information relevant to your programmes.
